Double Chocolate Brownies

Hi, I ordered a birthday cake for my husband in May and was very impressed with the quality of the cake and the friendly service. The pricing was very fair and I like that the cake was not sickly sweet and had a lovely sweet flavour without going over the top. Veronika uses the finest ingredients and delivered the cake to my house. The cake looked amazing and was delicious. The sugar work she added to the top of the cake was very arty. My husband’s birthday was a very hot day (28 degrees C) but the cake did not collapse or sweat. I would recommend Veronika’s Bakery to everybody.

What a hidden gem Veronika’s Bakery is! Her photos do not do justice to her beautiful handmade cakes. I have ordered the Raspberry cheesecake Brownie twice now for celebrations and I can honestly say this is one of the best cakes I’ve had. Excellent service and incredible value for money. Veronika made an absolutely amazing unicorn cake for my daughters birthday party. It was beautifully made and so much thought had gone into the packaging to make sure it travelled safely as most of the decoration was buttercream and therefore prone to damage. The cake travelled home in the car brilliantly and when it was time to cut the cake, everyone said what a wonderful cake it was. The sponge was light and flavoursome and the buttercream was delicious without being too sweet. I’ll be back again for future celebration cakes. Thanks so much Veronika!
