Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Blondies

I was searching the internet for cake order for my son’s 21st birthday and graduation when I came across Veronika’s Bakery. I was initially hesitant to order from the web because I have always ordered from someone I know as I’m a bit fussy about cakes. The texture, look and taste have to be right. I must say, Veronika did not disappoint. The design was excellent, the texture was perfect and taste was marvellous. Everyone who was at the party wanted to know who made the cake and asked for Veronika’s contact. Veronika , you put so much passion into your cakes. Hi, I ordered a birthday cake for my husband in May and was very impressed with the quality of the cake and the friendly service. The pricing was very fair and I like that the cake was not sickly sweet and had a lovely sweet flavour without going over the top. Veronika uses the finest ingredients and delivered the cake to my house. The cake looked amazing and was delicious. The sugar work she added to the top of the cake was very arty. My husband’s birthday was a very hot day (28 degrees C) but the cake did not collapse or sweat. I would recommend Veronika’s Bakery to everybody.

Great service as well as a great product. Veronika went out of her way to arrange for me to order from Australia. Delivery was at short notice and she was happy to include a message - at any time her service standard was exceptional and well beyond the norm - during Covid times this meant we could share birthday wishes from afar even though we could not be present. Thoroughly recommend & will certainly use again.
