Hi Veronika, A very big Thank you for a fantastic cake that tasted wonderful too (both the vanilla and carrot). All the guests loved both the look and taste of it. My wife especially loved the real raspberries, and said overall both flavours wee delicious. She also commented the other night whilst watching the final of the Great British bake off, that you should be the winner.... Would love to post a photo, but having problems uploading.... Veronika made an absolutely amazing unicorn cake for my daughters birthday party. It was beautifully made and so much thought had gone into the packaging to make sure it travelled safely as most of the decoration was buttercream and therefore prone to damage. The cake travelled home in the car brilliantly and when it was time to cut the cake, everyone said what a wonderful cake it was. The sponge was light and flavoursome and the buttercream was delicious without being too sweet. I’ll be back again for future celebration cakes. Thanks so much Veronika!
