Raffaello torte has a delicate almond and coconut flavour. This elegant cake  made with an almond sponge soaked with coconut milk and filled with a white chocolate and coconut buttercream,topped with a Raffaello truffles, chopped almonds  and shredded coconut.It is hard not to fall in love with it from the first bite.

    I ordered a cake from Veronika. I had no idea what I was really doing! I described what I though my wife would like and Veronika done the rest!     Veronika's cakes are delicious. I have had the chance to try several of her cakes already and have a really hard time deciding which was my favourite, since they're all so good. Most recently Veronika made a beautiful Valentine's cake for me (see picture below) and considered any special wishes I had. If you want something a little less sweet than cakes, her sweet bread is to die for - sooo yummy. Veronika really caters for all tastes and also make cupcakes etc to order, so perfect for kids birthday parties as well.

    Hi, I ordered a birthday cake for my husband in May and was very impressed with the quality of the cake and the friendly service. The pricing was very fair and I like that the cake was not sickly sweet and had a lovely sweet flavour without going over the top. Veronika uses the finest ingredients and delivered the cake to my house. The cake looked amazing and was delicious. The sugar work she added to the top of the cake was very arty. My husband’s birthday was a very hot day (28 degrees C) but the cake did not collapse or sweat. I would recommend Veronika’s Bakery to everybody.
